Cavity Wall Insulation

The Thermobead Injected Cavity Wallbead Insulation System can reduce the u-value of your property to 0.29 (W/m²K) in existing dwellings and up to 0.27(W/m²K) in new builds.

Glue is added to the bead to prevent sagging and further enhance the insulation properties of the bead.

Installation Process

  • Cavity Wall PictureSurvey completed by McCormack Insulation representative
  • Suitable time and date agreed with customer for installation
  • Holes drilled at approximately 600mm centres through external face of cavity wall
  • Walls pumped and holes filled with coloured mortar to match existing finish
  • Installation takes less than one day

Attic Insulation

Fibreglass blown loft insulation is mechanically installed and is quicker than roll and causes minimum disturbance to occupants and minimises thermal bridging. Roll out insulation also available.
